"Rick's Bar and Hope Mission are far from the first occupants of this structure. The storefront itself is trimmed with cast iron columns and tin upper decorations. The window areas are framed in wood. The sides of this structure are of brick construction and the foundation is stone".

This kit is of Hydrocal and resin construction. All masonry is plaster while the storefront itself is resin as are the other details. The footprint is a scale 20' by 22' without the sidewalk. The sidewalk itself is 9' wide. Full color decals are included.
