By popular demand we've decided to make a small rerun of this fabulous kit. The structure is resin and features a building that is leaning and may soon fall. The foundation is cast in Hydrocal and is of stone construction. The right wall is also "failing" and may soon collapse. Better get yours before before this happens!

All of the rotten wood grain is cast in place. The patterns for this structure were actually sculpted to reflect the severe wear. Decals are included as is the finished gas pump and sidewalk pieces. A real eye catcher!
