By popular demand we've decided to make a small rerun of this fabulous kit. The structure is resin and features a building that is leaning and may soon fall. The foundation is cast in Hydrocal and is of stone construction. The model is based on an actual structure that was made famous by a Walker Evans photograph.

All of the rotten wood grain is cast in place. The patterns for this structure were actually sculpted to reflect the severe wear.  A real eye catcher!
